DHL ODD (On Demand Delivery) Service

When your order is delivering by DHL, you may receive a ODD service link from DHL via text message or email.

Customers can choose these delivery options if necessary. 

However, We recommend you to pick-up and sign-up for the package directly.

Because due to DHL delivery policy customers can not claim for loss or damage of the package through either DHL or Codibook when they choose ODD service.

(If you select a delivery option other than pick-up directly through the ODD service, you are responsible for the loss, so please keep this in mind.)
